Q1advantages and disadvantages of letter telephone personal visit
Ans- letter is a written communication by letter we give proper address acknowledgment
The advantages to letters are:
provides written communication doesn’t use any electronic means so is a lot cheaper.
A written record of the message will be kept.
The message is communicated in written format and therefore should be unambiguous.
Can contain detailed information such as figures.
The disadvantages to this method are:
can take time to deliver.
Can be lost.
Not 100% sure of security, can easily be opened and read or sent to the wrong address.
Takes time to produce letter and can be inconvenient if an urgent. Message has to be delivered.
(b)Telephone
Telephone is a electronic device it’s very fast and cheap
Advantages
. The first advantage is that telephone has decreased the long distances and just in a couple of seconds you can talk to any person around the world. Secondly, it is a cheaper source of communication. Thirdly, with a telephone you can talk to any person in the world.
Disadvantages
Telephone is also there like first disadvantage of telephone is that it may not be available in all places like there are no telephonic facilities in rural areas. Secondly, it has lowered the privacy and secrecy of the people. Moreover, telephones can also increase misunderstandings because of the unavailability of body language and © personalvisitexpressions-
I think it is more effective way to communicate with to other person because by this we can use our body language talk to other person face to face without any misunderstanding
.Advantages

Disadvantages
1 May be it is time wastage
2 expensive communications
3 some time one person have no time
