Ans :- Yes’ I have rules and regulation about this field like always serve carefully ,serving area always should be neat and clean, deal with customer politely.

Ans :- I think it’s a good way to improve our communication and we meet different-different people and come to know about there culture and gain my knowledge

Ans:- Yes I have rules and regulation like clean the area carefully always aware about safety of people use skills properly.

Ans:- It improve my communication skills it also give me chance to know about cleaning products how it is use and how they clean area and its reaction.

Customer: - Hi might hello how are you?
Clint: - I am fine. How can I help you?
Customer: - I want to buy a mobile phone please give detail about different phones.
Clint: - I have many categories in mobile phones from low price to high price also they have their own functions which one you want.
Customer: - I want to buy a slim mobile of Nokia 6300.
Clint: - Yes, I have this it’s very good and beautiful set your choice is very good.
Customer: - Please give me details.
Clint: - Yes, Its market value is AU $170. It has 2 MGP camera, Bluetooth and also has radio. If you like music you can also feed you songs in any language.
Customer: - Any other functions it has please given us information.
Clint: - It has extendable memory, make video and its body is also different from others like others mobile has plastic body but it has aluminium body. Other functions it has calculator, alarm, many language, ringtones and etc.
Customer: - In future is this its market value will be same.
Clint: - I think now time is modern daily different-different companies launch their new technology. But it has their own place.
Observation:-
About Customer
1. I think they have no more information about mobiles.
2. They not take information about call rent.
3. They have no interest in other mobiles for more information.
4. They take more time of Clint.
Clint
1. They also spend more time on one person.
2. They not give information about low price but good and new technology.
3. If they want they give the information by sample, or by phone.
4. They only give information about by one mobile.
