TASK :INTERVIEW:

Interview with Balesha Nagireddy:

Myself: Hi, how are you?

Balesha: Good , what about yourself?

Myself: well I m good….well you seems to be Indian

Balesha: yes ,I m from Andhra Pradesh

Myself: great, so are you here for further studies

Balesha: yes, actually I did my bachelors in hotel management and now pursuing diploma in multimedia from CIC.

Myself: awesome!! so do you have any work experience in your field? I mean did you work in any hotels or restaurants.

Balesha: yes I do. I have worked in LEELA PALACE in 2005 as a waiter for about 6 months. It is in banglore, and it’s a 5 star hotel. However before that I was in PARK HYATT as a industrial trainee and its in goa.
I have also worked in TGI FRIDAY as a bartender for 1 year.

Myself: wow great mate. You have very good experience in your field. So what were your duties or responsibilities like?

Balesha: well I learnt a lot about customer service and hospitality. My shift used to start late in the evening. I used to set up the restaurant, prepare the back up for the operations, serving the customers with courtesy, food handling, take orders and so on.
Punctuality is the major factor of any work place so my work place used to give much importance to it.

Myself: wonderful so daily you used to meet different people, that’s nice you must be knowing a lot about customer service. Well may I know how was the work environment, I mean how you used to interact with your team leaders and colleagues.

Balesha: sure mate, my colleagues were friendly and helpful, they used to give good tips like how to handle the customers. We used to make schedules for the day working all together we were almost like a family. They were very friendly and at the same time were very professional and had a very good product knowledge. I have learnt a lot from them. I learnt how to communicate with different people, also good phone manners, about continental food. and interestingly I have learnt some different languages like German, Russian , Spanish.

Myself: wow ,wonderful you seems to be very good human and professional as well. Was nice meeting to you.. see you.
