Discuss three ways in which communication barriers can effect interpersonal communication.

Physical barriers can be the difference in the territories, doors closed, and people separated by physical distances. These barriers make it difficult for people to get to know each other and communicate in a free and easy.

Perception is another barrier, because each has their own views on the world and things. Therefore, the difference in thought and understanding can be an obstacle.

Emotions also act as a barrier because while people are emotional, not thinking clearly and this makes it difficult to communicate as a person could have the suspicion, mistrust, fear or other emotion.

Culture determines the behavior patterns of the people. Different cultures can be a barrier to effective communication.

The language barrier is another important because if all those involved in communication do not speak or know the same language can be difficult to communicate the message.

Ans :

A Good communication in the workplace provides employees with a clear understanding of what is demanded from them, with knowledge of what to do and what to expect. For organizations, such a communication style creates effective performance of the staff, and, consequently, increases customer loyalty and profit.

The atmosphere inside the workplace should be encouraging for effective communication so that employees, thanks to their management, clearly realize how important communication is for each staff member personally, and to the workplace in general. It is very important for communication – employees should not only listen, but always have a chance, and be encouraged to ask questions, discuss, and express own ideas.

(g)
Why it is important for both the sender and receiver of a message to have empathy for the other person?
The role of a sender is very important. He must have the perception and consideration for his receiver's viewpoints. It is the sender who has to decide which words and what sort of expression will communicate his message in the best way, and which of the medium of communication will serve his purpose. Empathy on the part of both sender and receiver marks the difference between ordinary understanding and excellence in communication.

Q-6-(a)
W0rk in groups of three (A, B, and C)
ANS: MY NAME IS HARSHAL, (AS OBSERVER)

I OBSERV THAT, WHEN TWO PERSON ARE COMMUNICAT WITH EACH OTHER AT THAT TIME THREE BASIC THINKS PLAY MORE IMPORTANT ROLL,
1. EYE CONTACT.
2. BODY LANGUAGE.
3. YOUR VOICE TONE.
AS MY OPINION THIS ARE THE BASIC PART OF COMMUNICATION.

FOR EXAMPLE, IN THIS ASSIGNMENT

JASVINDAR PLAY A ROLE OF SENDER,
ZINNAT PLAY A ROLE OF RICIVER.

ZINNAT ASK SOME QUESTION TO JASVINDAR, LIKE HER
NAME,
ABOUT HER FRIEND,
ABOUT HER FAMILY,
ABOUT HER SELF,
WHICH LIFE SHE MOST LIKE COLLEGE OR SCHOOL LIFE,
SCHOOL,
HER CITY,
AND ALL PERSONAL DETAILS, JASVINDAR GIVING GOOD ANSWER BUT HER BODY LANGUAGE AND HER EYE CONTECT IS NOT SO GOOD.
WHEN ZINNAT ASKING QUESTION TO JASVINDAR SHE IS NOT LOOKING ON HER FACE, SHE LOOKING IN TO HER NOTBOOK AND PLAYING WITH HER PEN.

AND ON OTHER SIDE, ZINNAT ASKING EVERY QUESTION TO JASVINDAR WITH GOOD BODY LANGUAGE, GOOD EYE CONTECT AND WITH GOOD VOICE TONE.

I OBSERVE THAT, ZINNAT PLAYING A GOOD ROLL BECAUSE SEE KNOWS THAT WHAT IS COMMUNICATION AND IN COMMUNICATION. IF, YOURE EYE CONTECE, BODY LANGUAGE, AND VOICE TONE IS NOT GOOD, WHICH TYPE OF EFFECT IT’S MAKES BAD IMPRESSION ON LISTNER’S MIND.

FOR EXAMPEL:

1: VOICE TONE:
IF YOU ARE ASKING SOMEONE ABOUT TRAIN INFORMATION AND HE GAVE ANSWER VERY RUDELY IT MAKES BAD IMPRESSION ABOUT THAT PERSON IN YOUR MIND.

2: EYE CONTACT:

EYE CONTACT IS A ROLE MODEL OF COMMUNICATION SKILL, IF YOU ARE GIVING AN INTERVIEW, IN THIS INTERVIEW; IF YOUR EYE CONTACT IS GOOD, IT’S SHOWS YOUR GOOD CONFIDENCE LEVEL AND IT MAKES COMMUNICATION WAY VERY EASY. SOME TIME THE RECEIVER THINK THAT YOUR IGNORE HIM OR YOUR NOT INTERESTED IN HIS OR HER MATTER.

3: BODY LANGUAGE:

SOME TIMES BODY LANGUAGE GIVE SOME SING TO THE RECEVIER WHICH HE CAN UNDERSTAND IT VERY EASILY JUST LIKE A PERSON WHO IS SURPRISED THAT PERSON’S EYEBROWES WILL RAISED SO,WE CAN UNDERSTAND HIS FEELING WITH HIS ACTION OF BODY LANGUAGE .IT IS VERY EASY FOR A PERSON TO COMMUNICATE.BODY LANGUAGE IS MOST IMPORTANT TO THE PERSON WHO CAN NOT UNDERASTANT ANY MATTER OF COMMUNICATION IT GIVES A PROPER WAY TO COMMUNICATE EACH OTHER.

PERSON A OR B ARE SOMETIME CORRECT ON THEIR VIEW OR SOMETIME NOTE GIVE PROPER FEEDBACK TO ANOTHER.

I AM GIVES PROPER SOLUTION TO A AND B REGARDING THEIR DISCUSSION ACCORDING TO MY OBSERVATION.
