COMMUNICATION SKILLS
PRESENTATION

In this presentation you are going to interview a partner about their work or educational experience until now. During the interview, you will be observed and assessed by an assessor. Once you have collected the information, you need to present it as a short presentation. The presentation should include:
. Where they have worked
. When
. Frequency (full-time, etc.)
. Duties/Responsiblities
. The work environment
. Rules/Regulations of the workplace
. Most useful skills they learnt.


Ans. In the first interview, the interviewer is ‘Luckose’ and interviewee is
‘Sukhdeep’.
The observer is ‘Harpreet’ that’s me. The interview is going between Luckose
And Sukhdeep and I have to observe that full interview. In the interview, the
Interviewer (Luckose) asked following questions from the interviewee (Sukhdeep):
Q. 1 What is your education qualification?
Ans. I have done Bio-tech from Amritsar.
Q. 2 When did you complete that?
Ans. In 2008.
Q. 3 Do you have any job experience?
Ans. Yes.
Q. 4 In which field do you have job experience?
Ans. I have 10 months teaching experience in a school of Amritsar.
Q. 5 What are your duties and responsibilities at your work?
Ans. To teach all the subjects till secondary level.
To guide students best as per of my knowledge.
To help students at any time in a school.
Q. 6 Tell me something about work environment at your job?
Ans. It’s very good. The behavior of colleagues and supervisors are also very nice.
Q. 7 Do you have any rules and regulations on the job?
Ans. We have to be punctual .
We have to be in a proper uniform.
We can’t take leave without any necessary reason.
Q. 8 Do you learn some useful skills from your job?
Ans. I have learnt punctuality and my teching techniques also improved.
Observation: After the whole interview, I have observed that:
INTERVIEWER:
1. The interviewer{Luckose} has not greeted the interviewee {Sukhdeep}.
2. The interviewer has no proper voice modulation.
3. The interviewer was very fast while asking questions, sometimes the interviewee (Sukhdeep) don’t get his question.
4. The interviewer was bit confused while asking questions.
5. The interviewer has not given salutation at he end of the interview.
INTERVIEWEE:
1. The interviewee {Sukhdeep} voice is too low while giving answers to the interviewer {Luckose}.
2. Sometimes, the interviewee answers are not appropriate or to the point.
In the second interview, the interviewer is ‘Sukhdeep’ and the interviewee is ‘Luckose’. The observer is ‘Harpreet’ that’s me. The interview is going between Sukhdeep And Luckose and again I have to observe that full interview. In the interview, the Interviewer (Sukhdeep) asked following questions from the interviewee (Luckose):
Q. 1 What is your education qualification?
Ans. Diploma in Electronics.
Q. 2 When did you complete that?
Ans. In 2005
Q. 3 Do you have any job experience?
Ans. Yes.
Q. 4 In which field do you have job experience?
Ans. Electronics
Q. 5 What are your duties and responsibilities at your work?
Ans. I have to do servicing.
Q. 6 Tell me something about work environment at your job?
Ans. It’s really very nice. The colleagues were very good with me.
Q. 7 Do you have any rules and regulations on the job?
Ans. We have to work hard.
Q. 8 Do you learn some useful skills from your job?
Ans. Now I am a hardworking person.
Observation: After the whole interview, I have observed that:
INTERVIEWER:
1. The interviewer has confused in asking questions.
2. The interviewer {Sukhdeep}has not given any salutation to the interviewee {Luckose}at the end of the interview.
INTERVIEWEE:
1. The interviewee has no proper voice modulation.
2. Sometimes, the interviewee answers are not appropriate.
3. The interviewee voice is too low while giving answers.
