Sales Representative vs Customer

Sales Representative: hello! How are you?

Customer: Good... yourself?

Sales Representative: I m good. Thank you. How can I help you today?

Customer: I am looking for a vacuum cleaner that is more reliable and easy to use.

Sales Representative: wow! We introduced a new vacuum cleaner to the market just two days back. I must say you’ve came right on-time. You are an early bird and if you purchase it we will give you 15% discount on the product.

Customer: alright, that’s good. So can you please tell me a bit more about its features?

Sales Representative: sure, I would be glad to assist you with the information. It’s known as platinum vacuum cleaner. It is devised with new generation technology. It’s automatic and runs on batteries; you can charge the battery for 24 hours and use the cleaner for about 15 days. It’s a wireless with remote facility.

Customer: what do you mean by that?

Sales Representative: alright, let me tell you, we provide a free remote controller with every platinum vacuum cleaner. It’s almost like a robot. All you need to do is just sit at one corner and regulate the cleaner in any direction.

Customer: wonderful, sounds interesting. My wife would be more than happy to get such a cleaner.

Sales Representative: absolutely, its hassle free, portable, reliable and efficient.

Customer: ok, let me ask you a very important question. What about the electricity consumption and May I know that do you provide any warranty on this equipment

Sales Representative: yes, why not. As I told you its automatic so there is no usage of electricity except when you charge the battery and that too it consumes very less amount of electricity... and the warranty is for two years on this product.

Customer: wow! Good! I like it. Can I have a free demonstration please?

Sales Representative: sure why not, we will provide you with a free demo at any time, you can just give yours preferred time and day and our agent will come at your place to give you a free demo.

Customer: awesome, but that doesn’t matter. I rely on your words. What about the price and payment method.

Sales Representative: Sure, it’s just 150$ after discount and you can either pay by cash or through credit card.

Customer: wow that’s good I want to buy this vacuum cleaner at once. I will pay through cash.

Sales Representative: Great. You can pay the money at the cash counter while I pack this machine for you.

Customer: sounds good. I will…

Sales Representative: perfect.

Sales Representative: wonderful. You make the payment; we will send the vacuum cleaner at your home address by tomorrow. keep the receipt and warranty papers with you.

Customer: thank you

Sales Representative: you are welcome. It’s so nice meeting you.

Customer: you have a good day.

Sales Representative: I will and you too
