(a)-Outline the advantages and disadvantages of three possible Chanel of communication.
Ans: Michel is able to further contact with the client firm by letter,telephone,or personal visit.by letter or telephone or personal visit.
Advantages of first channel of letter:
-improve your language skill
-it is cheaper to send any way.
-it does not needed electricity.
Disadvantages:
-It require more time to reach final destination.
-not more visual communication.
(B)-Advantages of telephone communication channel.
-it is fast way of communication.
-it also capture good response .
disadvantages:-
-it require more electricity.
-some times of improper medium so that lack of medium.
(C)-Advantages of personal visit.
-good communication
-we can get response immediately.
-personal visit also develop the strong bond.
Disadvantages:-
-It require more time to meet any person contact to contact.
(b):decide which of them Michel should use for the first follow up contact with the potential client .give reason.
Ans:-I think that Michel should use the telephone communication because it is easy way to contact any person or get good easily response.

a) most important skill in an organization is proper communication. The skill that will give you these benefits is effective communication. In fact, the benefits of communication are too big to list here because communication enhances so many aspects of your life.
If someone did not having good communication skills there will be difference in the perception, different attitudes & values, inconsistency between spoken & nonverbal communication.

(b)
If there is a proper communication in the work place it help to increase the workers ability let if there are no good communication skills then we can watch so many different outcomes like people often see & interpret the same event or action in different way, people often form different interpretations, poor communication & confusion due to an ambiguous message. Sometime the receiver can become angry & retaliate.

When one student in my class told to the teacher that he needs attendance in spite of being late.
One day when talked to my friend through phone that I will reach the station by 12 noon but due to fault in network he heard it as 2 noon.
One day my friend asked me pen drive but I heard only pen.

In the first statement the communication barrier was inappropriate message.
In the second statement the communication barrier was disruption in the channels of communication
In the third statement the barrier was the noise in the class.

(c) Restate statement are
He should have told sorry that he was late and then he should have asked for the attendance.
If i should have repeated the timing then it wont be a mistake
He should have told very clearly by coming near to me.

Communication barriers can prove to be a great problem as they make it difficult and frustrating for people to communicate with each other and understand each others meanings. Some of the barriers to effective interpersonal communication are:

Physical barriers can be the difference in territories, closed doors, and people separated from each other by physical distances. These barriers make it difficult for people to get to know each other and communicate in a free and easy manner.

Perception is another barrier because everyone has their own views about the world and things. So the difference of their understanding and thinking can be a barrier.

Emotions also act as a barrier because while people are emotional, they don’t think clearly and this makes communication difficult as one person might have suspicion, mistrust, fear or any other emotion.

Culture determines people’s behavioral patterns. Varying cultures can be a barrier to effective communication.

Language is also another major barrier because if all the people involved in communication don’t speak or know the same language, it can be difficult to communicate the message

A: Identify the communication barriers that occurred and explain briefly in two paragraphs how they contributed to the misunderstanding between Mary and David.
ANS: Noise occurs as the barrier in communication between Mary and David. The person who wants to ask about solution of the problem in the delivery times for stock, Mary and David forget about their discussion on software package. Mary looks at her watch because she is in hurry for her second appointment, so they are unable to decide who will present the procedure to introduce their new plan for new software package.
B. List two sources of noise at the initial planning meeting.
ANS:
1. Telephone call
2. Knocking the door.
C How could Mary and David have dealt with the noise or interference in their planning meeting?
ANS: When Mary and David talking about the new software package first David deal with a telephone call so he interference in discussion. And Mary gives solution the other person when they are talking.
Thus both person interference in their planning meeting.

Ans:-communication play most vital role in our life. it is also used in every place. because we can use our shares or our ideas.

Ans: message and channel both are directly each other. there is no possibility of complexion of communication.

Ans: feedback can be get via body language and expression.
D:-what are the two factors that influence a person’s perception of the message.
Ans: the reason that improper message and in attention receiver.
E:-how does ‘noise ’effect the communication?
Ans:-noise effect the communication when the noise occur at that time it might be less communication and also be misunderstanding.
F:-‘communication is the learned behavior, do you agree or disagree?
Ans:-I extremely agree with that statement. every one didn’t know about from his or her birth.
G:-why is important for both the sender and receiver of a message to have empathy for the other person
Ans:-when sender send message and receiver receive the message and also give feedback to very respect and very politeness.

:-checking what the other person said
A. As we have to work in a group of three we three of us myself, mr.venkat, mrs.kaur first i become the observer they were discussing about their work experiences and educational qualifications by giving feed backs each other and after 10min mrs.kaur become the observer and vice verse we three of us summarizing the discussions on each other and giving feed backs on each other
B. Finally after 10min by this discussion we got to know the advantages by checking the other persons conversations being an observer. by keen observation i got some lack of knowledge in communication how to address and how to receive the others and some grammar mistakes from this i could realize that i can improve my communication by participating this group discussion aspect
