a) Outline the adventages and disadventage of the three possible channels of communication?
Answer: Letter:
adventages;
1) letter can be saved a caution as record .
2) can be explain anything very briefly.
3) It is chepest way to send any massege .
disadventage ;
1)letter can be lost .
2) it takes more time to reach .
3)it is not visual communication way , it is impersonal .


Telephone :
adventages;
1)its quick way to contact to other person.
2) it is eassy to access .
3) by phone it also capture good response .

disadventage ;
1) some time telephone may have occurs technical problem.
2)some time the voice of other person cannot hear clear .
3)some time phone can busy

Personal visit:
adventages;
1)see the face impression of the second person .
2) by personal visit , make good relationship with other person.
3) easy to clear the all point of view of business and privacy is also mantained in personal meeting.

disadventage ;
1) its challenge job to convenyence other person .
2) time consuming when meet personaly

answer: Michel can use telephone to first follow up contact with potential client . Its eassy and quick way to contact to person because today time everyone very busy and have not much time meet other person.

Question: 2 a) one of the most important skill that any person in an organsiation needs is the ability to communicate .Without communication your other skills are less useful. Explian the meaning of this statement?

Answer: Today time everywhere compition is going on .Good communication skill is most important for any person without good communication skill we cannot make up carreer like every orangnization where employee work ,employee need to communicates with other collegues , customers and client if they cannot communicate propely than any business cannot run .

Answer: it is necessary that every organization should trained their staff because organization business is depend on staff if any staff gives good service to customer . its naturally that it rasied business of the organization example: the customer service staff that has to deal with the customers.

Answer: a) The communication barrires that occurred between Mary and David that was when David deals with telephone call while discussing with marry and second communication barrier occured when a peson comes ask marry for help to solve a problem and third time when marry looks at her watch.

Answer: A) Good coomunication is very important in the workplace because it helps to improve the reputation of the organzation and it also improve employee productivity satisfaction and employee skill also .
b) The message is the information that send to other person which sender and channel is way of medium
through the massage are to receiver .

hello i am jasvir , i am observiour while zeenat and harsarit talking with each other.

person a(harshit) talking to person b(Zeenat) . Harshit asking Zeenat about his full name and address , which country her background is related?

She is given answer in well manner and with full confidence , she said that my name zeenat bashir khan and i am living in pascoe vale and i belong to Pakistan .

after that Harshit asking about her study and about her school life?
she tells that she really enjoy his school days and she missed his friends . She tells that she is completed his gradution from seaalkot (pakistan) and in college she plays cricket .

some time is little bit confused that what she say and sometime she used his own mother tang.
some times she takes long time while giving answer to harshit .

after that Zeenat asking harshit about his full name and where he comes from?
Harshit says that his full name is harshit natnaavati and he comes from gujrat (India) gujrat is state in india .
harshit gives answer in full confidence and used apporiate word .

Zeenat asking question about hisschool life and college life?

Harshit said that he got education from st. anna school which near from his home . he missed his school life because he learnt most things from his school life like rule and regulation is most in life . he also tells zeenat that he was very shy guy in his school time . He got his college education from gujrat
I observed that sometime harshit is too confused and sometime he also missed Zeenat question .

than Zeenat asking about his further study in australia, which college he is studying and what course he is doing in college?How he feel in australia?
Harshit said that he is studying in cambridge college and he is doing diploma in multimedia . He is feel great in australia.

Zeenat used very good languague to while taking interview . Both were used good coomunication skills.
