Manpreet - Where are you from Ranjit?
Ranjit - I am from India.
Manpreet - From which part of the India?
Ranjit - I am from Punjab..

Manpreet - Which religion you are belong with Ranjit?
Ranjit - I belong to Sikh community.
Manpreet - Can you please tell me about your family?
Ranjit - Sure mite, in my family we are five members. My father is business man & he is having business of transport, my mom is house wife. About my elder brother he is also helping my father in his bussiness
Manpreet - Tell me something about your study?
Ranjit - I done my graduation from apj university & now I am studying pre press in international Cambridge College in Melbourne.
Manpreet - Why you choose this subject?
Ranjit – just to get permanent residence.
Manpreet - Tell me something about your other interests?
Ranjit – mostly I like to drive cars, sometimes I used to read some good books.
Manpreet – when you came Australia?
Ranjit – I came in Australia in Feb. 2009
Manpreet – Now where are you living in Melbourne?
Ranjit – I am living in Epping area
Manpreet – you are living alone or with someone else?
Ranjit – I am living with my relatives, they have permanent residence of Australia.
Manpreet – have you find any job?
Ranjit – yap, I am working as a process worker in a factory.
Manpreet – what are your duties during your work?
Ranjit – not too much just packing & managing.
Manpreet – these skills you learnt here or you know these before?
Ranjit - I learnt everything here while working here.

Manpreet -Hello mite how are you? I am Manpreet.
Amarjit – Good mite, I am Amarjit Singh. You can also call me Amar.
Manpreet - Where are you from Amar?
Amarjit - I am from India.
Manpreet - From which part of the India?
Amarjit - I am from northern part of India. Particularly I am from Punjab.
There are lots of places for which it is famous for, like golden temple.
Manpreet - Ok nice Amar.
Manpreet - Which religion you are belong with Amar?
Amarjit - I belong to Sikh community.
Manpreet - Can you please tell me about your family?
Amarjit - Sure mite, in my family we are four members. My father is agriculturist & my mom is house wife. About my elder brother he is teacher in India.
Manpreet - Tell me something about your study?
Amarjit - I passed my graduation from lovely university & now I am studying pre press in international Cambridge College in Melbourne.
Manpreet - Why you choose this subject?
Amarjit - I am very fond of design & printing, so it why I choose this subjects.
Manpreet - Tell me something about your other interests?
Amarjit – mostly I like to drive cars, sometimes I like to listen music.
Manpreet – for how much time you are in Australia?
Amarjit – I arrived here at 30th of May 2009

Amarjit – I am living in foots Cray.
Manpreet – you are living alone or with someone else?
Amarjit – I am living with my friends.

As a observer

1. In-appropriate choice of words: when Amarjit put question to Ranjit about his fathers work, there was misunderstanding due to in appropriate choice of word.
2. Receivers inattention: When Amarjit asked Ranjit about his work in Australia, he was not having proper attention towards Amarjit.
3. Inadequate feedback: when they are talking about hobbies or interests
