1.Communication is an interactive process explain.
Communication is an dynamic and interactive process. A person sends a message and the other person receives the message. As the messages passed from one person to another people place different meanings from the messages received from the sender.
Communication process takes place in various situations for different reasons with the potential for many interpretations. It has 7 elements

Message
Receiver
Feedback
Channel
Context
Interference
2. Define and give an example of verbal, non-verbal and graphic communication.
Comminication is divided into three forms
Verbal communication
Non- verbal communication
Graphic
Verbal communication :-
Spoken words between two or more people or written words in written communication is called verbal communication.
Non-verbal communication:-
Message or communication sent by any means other than words or graphics is called non-verbal communication. Example : Non- verbal components occur in oral written, graphic. In oral communication it includes facial expressions body movements.
Graphic:-
This graphic communication represents ideas relationships graphic communication can have both verbal and non-verbal components. Eg: “ No Smoking” sings displayed in public places.
3a).Define the term ‘Sender’ and ‘Receivers’
Sender:- Sender are the individuals who react to the situations from a unique vantage point interpreting ideas and filtering experiences through their own perception.
Receiver: - The receiver decodes or interprets the message to achieve understanding. The receiver is also acting as an individual from a unique vantage point interpreting idea according to personal perception of the message.
b). Define the term ‘Message’
Message is the idea or feeling transmitted from sender to the receivers to achieve understanding It makes connection between sender and receiver.
c).Define the term ‘feed back’
Feed back is an essential part of successful interpersonal communication it is the receivers response to the senders message can be intentional or unintentional
a). Define the term ‘Perception’
Perception is the way people understand or give meaning to their environment.
Perception and interpretation of the same message varies according to how each individual experience, attitudes and beliefs and a range pf acquired skills or expectations.

A Communication channel is the means used to signal or convey a message.
Eg: Telephone call, Radio, Television program
Information technology provides a fast channel of communication that is becoming more widely available and easies to use.
All organisations have internal and external channels of communication.
There are 3 more elements in the communication process

The channel is chooses that suits our communication prepose our needs as the sender of the message, and the needs of the receives
The flow of communication move through organisation along different tunes of channels. Horizontal channel operate between colleagues and at the same level of organisations structure, while vertical channel move communication up and down between different travels context consists of the situation circumstances or setting within which communication takes place.
Interference:- The message which is received is not the same which is sent while use send a message it cannot be properly received because of noise.
Noise that interrupts the message between sender and receive can lead to misunderstanding or to a confused communication.
Communication Barriers

3). Receiver inattention.
b). Discus 3 ways in which communication barriers can affect interpersonal communication.
1). Difference is perception people often see and interpret the same event or action in a different way
2). Different attitude and value people often form different interpretations
3). Passing judgement by telling people their reactions is stupid.
The receivers can become angry and retaliate.
a). The Communication barrier that occurred between mary and David is inappropriate timing and poor layout and presentation.

Many factors apart from over individual communication skills affect communication in the work force . The organisations cultural and values resources available to it and its power relationships all affect communication information flow is crucial to any organisation and better the flow the more successful it is
b). why is it important for both the sender and receiver of a message to have empathy for other person?
To reduce the chance of communication barrier and also associated problems, communication with empathy. A feeling for and awareness of your revivers and their point of view and providers appropriate and sufficient feedback to achieve understanding.
Communication begins with the sender. Remaining six variables at work in communication process.

I obtain feedback by asking him to send a message of his feedback by mail
3). Define the term ‘Context’
Context consists of situation circumstances or setting within which communication take place context plays an important role in how a message is encoded or decoded the same message can have a completely different meaning depending on the situations since emotions and reactions to ideas and events is different situations Eg: Communication at a conference in the lunch room.

Ringing of cell phone

Interruption of other persons voice while we are in communication.
5).What is wrong with this statement the sender of the message has full control over how it is understood
Ans:- If the senders of the message sends a message correctly the receivers may take it wrong or the message sender must use a language which should be correctly untreatable by the receiver. The choice of words is in the hands of sender. So the sender must have courtesy for the receiver. And after taking care of all these if the receiver takes it wrong then the message which is revived by a person is being taken in wrong sense.
6).List three possible deferens between the needs of the organisation and the individual

7).Why is it important to balance the needs and the goals of the individual with those of the organisation?
Ans:- The needs and goals of the individual with those of organisation is to be balanced and t achieve this balance, both employer and employee need to understand one another.
If then understanding is achieved needs and goals of both are compatible, the behaviour required at work to achieve the organisations goal is satisfying to the employee.
8). List of attributes displayed by an ethical business communication
Ans:- Follow the rules and regulations of the organisation
Avoid using distortions of fact and misleading information
Follow the company’s code of ethics
Respect the dignity of each
Person irrespective of their caste, religion etc.
Write a letter to your publisher advising him to change the layout of design components and colour combination of your upcoming novel which is expecting to release within a weeks time.
