1. A. By letter : Advantages – Michael can shows a lot of information by one time.
It is the save time and effort which is explain the thing.
Disadvantages – It is not polite situation which is sending letter to
client for information of new products.

By telephone : Advantages – It is a convenience way. They don’t have to meet
for communication.
Disadvantages – Sometimes, they can’t understand to each other.

By personal visit : Advantages – They can make sure to talk about new products,
and understand everything.
Disadvantages – It can be bother to client. Because of client
should be visit Michaels office.

B. Letter. It is the reasons for choice of letter.
First, Michael has to sending all of information to client and if client think about
that is good, and they can make an appointment for meeting.

2. A. It is important to first step. I can show all of my ability as first communicate.

B. Yes. All of staff needs to understand with company, so they have to practice
for communication.

3. A. 1. When we talk about problem…. Senders asking “ Are you happy?”
2. When we talk about products…. Senders saying “Maybe…I am not sure..”
3. Senders asking to receivers .. “What are you doing?”

B. 1. Different attitudes and values.

3. Passing judgment by telling people their reaction is stupid.

D. Listen carefully, Speak clearly and directly to the other person and give -
feedback.

4. A. Someone interrupts the conversation between Mary and David.

B. Telephone call and someone ask Mary to solve a problem in the delivery times
for stock.

C. Collecting, analyzing and organizing information by navigating websites to locate required information.

5. A. It is necessary for passing information between people working in the same
organization and between their organization and others.

B. Person c gives proper solution to A and B regarding their discussion according to his observation.
