  1. Communication is a process which carries out in between 2 or more objects through a meedium, with communicating each other these objects have an effect upon each other, that’s why communication is known as an interactive process.

  1. Verbal, Non Verbal & Graphical communication
    1. We can consider all the talking and printed information as verbal communication.
    2. Non verbal communication consists of wordless messages like gestures, body language, posture, facial expressions etc.
    3. Graphical communication is performed through graphics and graphical aids like diagrams, photographs, symbols, maps etc.

    1. Sender is a term which used to represent and object from which a communication starts by sending a message while receiver is an object which receives the message from sender.
    2. Message is the meaningful information which is being sent by the sender to a receiver through a medium.
    3. When a receiver gets a message from a sender and it sends an output which is related to the message send by the sender, the reply message can be derived as a feedback.

    1. Perception is the process of understanding an information which contains in a message.
    2. Perception can be influenced by culture, skills, feelings and attitude

    1. Electronic communication, Graphical communication, Literal communication and Vocal communication

i. Electronic communication: which has been carried out by or through electronic equipments, example emails.

ii. Graphical communication: in which graphics like pictures or diagrams were used for communication.

iii. Literal communication: in which printed or written materials are used for communication purposes.

iv. Vocal communication: is a type of communication where talking or making meaningful sounds for the purpose.
