A ‘Communication is an interactive process ‘.Briefly explain
Ans. When two or more people communicate between each other they share their idea, thought, message. Someone sends message to other and other is receive the message thus communication become an interactive process.
B Define and give example of verbal, nonverbal, graphic communication.
Ans. Nonverbal In this communication people or communicator not use the verbal language they use their hands movement, body language or gesture to communicate with each other. For Example deaf and dumb people use the nonverbal language.
Verbal In verbal communication someone or group of people use their native language or international language. Thus they share their ideas, message or feeling with each other.
Graphic Communication represent the idea visually in the form of diagram, shape, image. For Example ‘No Smoking’ sign mostly find in the offices and ‘U Turn’ sign on the road. This is the suitable example of the graphic communication.
3. Define the term ‘Sender ‘and ‘Receiver’

c Define the term ’feedback’
Ans Sender is a person who send message to the other people this is the main person who start the communication process. Receiver is a person who get the message from the sender.
b. Message is a the idea or feeling that send from transmit from the sender to the receiver.
C. feedback is the essential part of the successful interpersonal communication. This part make the proper communication process.
4. Define the term ‘Perception’.

Ans. Perception is the way how people understand to their environment. For Example some people think that White colour is old fashioned on the other hand people think that white colour is the symbol of peace.
