2 Ans: communication is a process to transfer information between two or people. We learn so many things from communication. In this we encode knowledge, feelings or thoughts and send from at least one person and received and decoded by at least one another. We share experiences with others influence others, and relax and enjoy ourselves.
There are several types of communication.
Verbal communication, either spoken or written
Nonverbal communication
Graphic communication.
Verbal communication can be in the written words in written communication and also in the form of spoken words between two or more people. Example of verbal communication is conversation between two people.
Nonverbal communication can be sent in words or graphics. In nonverbal communication, components occur in written, oral and graphic communication. If we talk about oral communication, in this we include facial expressions, body language, dress and posture.
For example an interview between interviewer and candidate.
Graphic communication is used to represent our ideas, views, relationships or connections by diagrams, shapes and lines.
Sometimes we see some symbols on the roads like don’t cross road and cross carefully. These symbols are the examples of non verbal communication.
3 Ans: Sender : In communication sender sends the information to the receiver and this information is known by message. Communication process
starts with sender. Senders are individuals who create messages, views or ideas for communication. The sender encodes ideas or feelings in signs or words that the receiver will transmits this message to the receiver.
Receiver: Receiver receives the message. At last message receives to sender. The receiver decodes the message to achieve understanding. Receiver is also known as destination. In communication, receiver is also acting as an individual form, interpreting the idea according to message which was sent by sender. All this perception is the result of the receiver’s unique background of experiences, concerns and many other factors.
Feedback: Feedback is an essential part of communication. Both
Sender and receiver need feedback. When we send message to receiver then we need feedback. Because by feedback sender comes to know that the message sent by sender is correct or has been received. We can also say acknowledgement to it.
4 Ans:a: Perception means receiving, collecting, action of taking possession, apprehension with the mind or senses. Perception is one of the oldest fields in psychology. The study of perception gave rise to the gestal school of psychology, with its emphasis on holistic approach. The processes of perception routinely alter what humans see. When people view something with a preconceived concept about it, they tend to take those concept and see them whether or not they are there. This problem stems from the fact that humans are unable to understand new information without the inherent bias of their previous knowledge. A person’s knowledge creates his or her reality as much as the truth, because the human mind can only contemplate that to which it has been exposed. When objects are viewed without understanding, the mind will try to reach for something that it already recognizes, in order to process what it is viewing. That which most closely relates to the unfamiliar from our past experiences, makes up what we see when we look at things that we don’t comprehend.
