Communication is an interactive process.’ Briefly explain
Ans: Communication is medium of connecting people. It is really useful to express yourself. It is useful to send message to everywhere. it is useful us because it gives us information about different fields. It is possible with the help of electronic device and information technology in now a days. it become very fast. Communication is only one way which is spread your message with different field with the help of-for example telephone, letter, e mail, etc. we are now join orkut. Com it is easy for me to communicate because all my friends and family and society member already use it so I am always communicate with them. this process we call communication.
2. Define and give an example of verbal, nonverbal and graphic communication.
Ans: Verbal: In the verbal communication. It is most probably written words in text but sometimes in this communication spoken words between two people. so this call verbal.






Nonverbal: In the nonverbal communication it shows expression, body language, dress and posture also. it occur in oral, written and graphic communication. So it’s call nonverbal.






Graphic: It demonstrates ideas and relation between people and show connection of visual with diagrams and shapes. It has verbal and nonverbal components for example some of the
“Turn off your mobile” signs display in collage.









3. A. Define the terms̀̀ ̀̀́‘sender’ and ‘receiver’.
Ans: Sender: There are four elements of the communication process but communication begins with the sender. Sender is a role model in communication because sender sends their idea, experience, skills, cultural conditioning and feeling also that influence how they communicate. The sender encode in words or signs that is easy for receiver. These are the activities of sender.
Receiver:There are four elements of the communication process .Receiver decodes or interprets the message to achieve understanding. Receiver gives their idea and personal perception of the message. This perception is result of the receiver’s unique background of experience, beliefs, concerns and many other factors.

Define the term ‘message’.
Ans: The message is the idea or feeling transmitted from the sender to the receiver to achieve understanding It makes a connection between sender and receiver.

C. Define the term ‘feedback’.
Ans: Feedback is an essential part of successful interpersonal communication It is the receiver’s response to the sender’s message ,and can be intentional or unintentional.

1.verbal:verbal communication can be spoken words or written words between two or more people.Example: it would include just about any human social activity: writing a letter or making a poster; having a telephone call, a class discussion, a friendly chat.

2.non verbal: Non-verbal communication refers to any form of communication that does not involve words (spoken or written or sign language).Some examples of these include: waving hello, counting on the fingers, signaling 'come here' with the hand, pointing to things, shrugging 'I don't know', nodding the head 'yes', shaking the head 'no', scratching the head when you're thinking, tapping your foot when you are impatient, smiling 'hi'

3.graphic:graphic communication is visual with shape diagram and lines that presents ideas relationships or connections.It can have verbal or nonverbal components .Example: magazines, advertisements and product packaging. a product package might include a logo or other artwork, organized text.

4.Internal communication- Internal communication is the communication that exists within a company, between and among employees. It can take many forms, such as face-to-face casual conversations, formal meetings, phone calls, emails, memorandums, and internal wikis
