Ans:1 a. Advantages and disadvantages of the three possible channels are as below:


1. Channel:Telephone
Advantage:Michael talks directly to the
Client.
Disadvantage:If client is busy on phone than it might happen that he had to wait long time to make his call.


2. Channel:Message
Advantage:By giving information to client
of his interest than he get new
products.
Disadvantage:If he give wrong information than his client may reject his proposal.


3. Channel:Context
Advantage:If he gives proper subject or matter in his information than his client will accept his interest.
Disadvantage:If he gives wrong subject or matter than his client will be confused.

b. I think Michael should use the telephone first for contact his client because through telephone he can take appointment and than he can meet the client face to face.


Ans. 2 a. Communication skills plays very important role in all matter.

For example 1.: a film actor he is very good on screen he use proper words, his voice is good enough and also he wear proper dress and have good body language. But if he don’t have those qualities off screen than he might be not be popular as he acts on screen.

For example 2.: If a teacher don’t have good communication skills than it will be hard for student to understand the subject as they don’t know any thing about the subject. Sometimes it happens that student might get confused with his/her language. That s make down the progress of children.

Thus, any person in organization needs is ability to communicate without communication your other skills are less useful.

b. Yes, organization should train its staff in workplace communication because if the staff is not train than company will make loss in its production and organization’s will loose there image in the public. As good are trainer the popular is organization.

Ans. 3 a. The three sentences which I have spoken and which feel insensitive to receiver are as below:
I ask about which religion she follows?
I ask about where she is living?
I ask her is she is alone or living with someone?

1. if sender gives wrong message to receiver.
2. If sender gives wrong information on wrong context to receiver.
3. If the sender receives the wrong feed back.


Ans.4 a. The communication barriers that occurred is when the other person in David ‘s office came and interrupted the conversation to ask Mary to solve a problem in the delivery times for stocks. And next barrier was the time for Mary to go in next appointment.

And when they rush to finish there plans they discuss who will present the new software procedures at the staff meeting. When that items come up the Mary expect the David to present the procedure and David believes that Mary is presenting. That’s lead this communication in misunderstanding matter.

b. The two source of noise at the initial planning meeting are.

2. Time for next appointment.

c. The Sender David should tell to that Man come later and also David should know the time for Mary’s next appointment or he should ask before they ask start the conversation. And same Mary should answer that man later because she was communicating with David.

Ans.5 a. Good Communication is important in workplace because there are many people to be working there if u want to share your idea it is necessary you communicate good. So you can be part of that organization.

b. Message is the information given to the receiver by sender and how is given by medium or channel. Without channel its impossible to send message to other.

c. the feedback for nonverbal communication is how the receiver thinks. Its depends upon his culture tradition, religion for example symbol of “swastika”. Germans will think as a Nazi’s symbol but Indian thinks as a religious symbol.

d. The to factors which influence the perception of person for message are:

1. Family
2. Self-concept

e. Noise like a technical problem in telephone makes the communication very hard to understand and finally persons frustrated and stop the communication.

f. yes , I agree that communication is a learned behaviour. We have to train our mind for proper words and sentence to communicate some people had born gift to communicate well but majority
of people don’t know how to communicate by learning the ways the person get much confidence to communicate.

g. It is important that sender and receiver should have sympathy for each other because if they don’t have harmony between them the communication might lead to quarrel.

b. The discussion was on the dish they like most, person A like an Indian food were as B likes the Chinese food. A oppose the B in all the communication he said that he don’t like Chinese because it is not spicy. And B said that spicy food is not good for health. At last C said that its your own dish and you guys eating that for long time because of that you feel each other dishes are not good. C also said that the ingredients and spices used in India might not used in Chinese dish and same as in China. And C gave the proper conclusion for there discussion.

Dear Sir,

I am glad that you have finish printing my novel on time.

But I would like to make few changes on the front cover as this novel is particularly for children reader. I would like to add some 3D cartoon images on front cover, and also I would like to add some 20% of cyan in title. Furthermore, I want to see the 3Dcartoon in “3x2” on top and text at the bottom should be of 20pts.


I can understand remaking the things is quiet boring but it will be more attractive when finish. And I hope to get soon as possible before Christmas so children can enjoy reading in long vacation.
