1. Communication is an interactive process because someone gives the different messages to someone else through the different channels. When someone else receives the messages, they will give some feedback to the man who sends the message after understanding the messages. The messages can be transmitted between different people.
2. Verbal communication: people can send or receive the message by speaking or hearing or writing. The message could be recorded in words.
Nonverbal communication: people send or receive message without words. People could communicate through body language, clothes, facial expression, eye contact, gesture, etc.
Graphic communication: people can receive and understand the idea or belief what the sender gives by the signal, line or images.
3. Sender is the person who gives the message to others and sender is the communication beginner.
Receiver is the person who is receiving the message. After receiving the message, the person gives some response to the sender. Receiver is the target person.
Message is the information which is transmitted between sender and receiver. Message is the bridge which connects sender and receiver.
Feedback is the response from receiver to sender after understanding the message. It looks like the signal to encourage the sender to continue to give message. Feedback means the effective communication.
4. Perception is the basic background that people understand and respond. All feedback depends on the perception. It is influenced by the people’s experience, culture or feelings, etc.

5. Intrapersonal communication means the person communicates with himself. The person who communicates with himself is the send and the receiver. He gives the message and then he receives the message and responds to himself. Such as day dreaming.
