Respected Sir,

Kind attention: Mr. Joe

About: Few changes to be made to print further books as I could found miss print in text in sample printed book of the new edition.

As we discussed earlier days about the new edition regarding experience of Mr. John Edison, fought to his nation worked as Army chief commando at his young age. The fount and size of text maintained same at heading and paragraphs’. There is miss print of his personal details in certain pages. The sample book I received delayed as per the date of conformation.

It would be pleasure, if you check the book with the given script to get correct the personal details. Changes to be made for the text style to identify the heading and few quotations. There would be chance to change the publisher, if the book release beyond the due date of commitment.

Thank You,

Yours truly,
Deancain.

I would like to discuss about, two people feedback at the time of interview to both of them, the observation while two girls interviewed to get the feedback each other. Two girls were Rajwinder Insa and Harjeet Kaur Sidhu.

Rajwinder insa (Preeth)
 Preeth have done B.A., B.Ed AND M.A in her education.
 She experienced as a teacher after the completion of studies in India.
 Rajwinder Insa’s hobbies are reading books’, dancing and enjoying by spending the time with dear ones.
 Dance is the most interesting among the hobbies, she participated in dance competition relates to culture dance and national dance while she studied in school and College.
 Her favorite Indian festival is Diwali. On this occasion most of the time spends with her brother by lit the candle and fire the cracker’s compare to time spend with her parents.
 It’s a wonderful experience as her step into the world as her dreams come true.
 To be a good human being because she thinks, a good human could be a good leader, teacher or a doctor. Preeth wants to be a good person.
Harjeet kaur sidhu.
 Harjeet have completed her higher secondary (10+2) in the education.
 She planned to move abroad immediate after her secondary education.
 Her hobbies are reading books, listening songs gives of sign of sad memories. She likes to spend the leisure time one among the nature and enjoy the beauty of it. In addition, Harjeet likes to spend the leisure time with old people experienced lot of things in their life.
 Diwali is the favorite festival, she enjoy with the fired crackers’ emits glow at its surrounds.
 Harjeet couldn’t explain about the Australian Culture, as she doesn’t know about it.
 She hasn’t decided set her aim because her thinking the aim couldn’t get done as it will not come true in real life.

While both the people interviewed each other, I could able to observe good and drawback of their feedback with each other.
Among them, Rajwindar performs good thoughts and explanation at the time of interview and interviewed to her. There is little drawback like, very low voice but faster pronunciation, perfection should maintain while she interviews or interviewed by the person.
Second, Harjeet performs high voice but lack of clarity in her sentence. Balance should maintain while compare two nations’, negative thoughts should be implement with positive sentence (Example: she said “I cannot explain about Australian Culture as I don’t know about it instead, I could explain about the Australian culture if I have knowledge about it.)

Communication Barriers:
1.a.Letter: If Michael contacts the client with the letter there are some possibilities that the letter may be posted to some other address or it wont reach the client on time and there perhaps some delays.Telephone: If Michael contacts the client with telephone, there might be some possibilities of bad communication i.e., any noise disturbance or he might not able to reach the client or may be his call can route to some other telephone line., however it is fast mode of communicationSo the best way of contacting the client is by a personal meeting.b.Therefore Michael should contact the client by arranging a personal visit i.e., face to face meeting so that their might not be any communication barriers.
2.a.Communication plays a vital role in day to day life.It is one of the important skills that is encircled in an organization. Without a proper communication it is not possible to transfer ones message to another.Communication includes• Better Listening and understanding,so that their is no barrier and the conversation can be completed without any obstacle.• Speaking clearly and directly so that the person can understand precisely.• Empathising with the people• Establishing and using networks • Being assertive • Sharing information and analyzing it thoroughly.• Speaking and writing in languages other than English. Therefore it can be concluded that without communication other skills are less useful.• b. From my point of view an organization should train its people with good communication skills so that it doesn’t effects the organization growth, for instance for a good customer service one should have a good and assertive communication skills. One should have the tendency to work with people of different ages, gender, race, religion or political persuasion • Work as an individual and as a member of a team • Knowing how to define a role as part of a team • Identifying strengths of team members • Coaching, mentoring, and giving feedback.
3. A.i.Dont disturbs me.I.E. have sent you an email please read it.Iii.You are good for nothing.

b.i.In the first statement it is INAPPROPRIATE CHOICE OF WORDS.It should be like this PLEASE DONT DISTURB ME WITH A POLITE TONEii.In the second statement it is INAPPROPRIATE USAGE OF CHANNEL.Reason: If the person A sends a message to person B through an email and the

person B is afraid of technology and unable to access the computer screen, therefore communication barriers will occur because the channel is inappropriate.lie-In the third statement it is LACK OF COURTESY BY THE SENDER OR THE RECEIVER.A person should be courteous and humble towards his fellow mates during any sort of communication.
4.a.The communication barriers that occurred during the conversation areInappropriate channelInappropriate messageReceiver inattentionInappropriate timingWhen the conversation started David received a telephone call and then continues the topic and again a person a enters and interrupts the situation therefore it can can be concluded that there was as inappropriate channel that created the misunderstanding. Also there was an inappropriate message delivered in the conversation which resulted the misunderstanding. There was also some sort of disturbance that resulted in receiver’s inattention and inappropriate timing.b.Telephone and interruption by a person in the conversation.c. .By considering the responsibility of the sender and evaluating the appropriate channel. Also it can be approached by considering the impact of the context and identifying the role of the receiver.
5.a.A good communication is important in any workplace so that there should not be any communication barrier and there should be understandable conversation between two or more people.b.Message is piece of information delivered between a sender and receiver through a channel whereas a channel is the means or technique used to convey a message.c.In a nonverbal communication a feedback can be exchanged between people without speaking a word but through the use of body language such as the way that they display their body language or through eye contact, gestures, and facial expressions.
D.Noise and language
E.Noise is the main source of communication barrier.A noise or interference that interrupts the message or communication flow between sender and receiver and lead to misunderstanding, therefore communication barrirers occur as a result of a misinterpretation of the message.
f. Many people feel that communication is simply a matter of speaking and listening but that is not the case at all. Communication is much deeper than that and it is something that is learned. People are born with the ability to talk and hear but communication has to be learned by observation. Communication is more than speaking and hearing; it has everything to do with verbal and non verbal messages. Communication is a very broad subject and deals with ethical practices of cultures and media. Communication emerges from various levels and different skills are applied at each level. Communication at its most basic level includes conveying your thoughts effectively depending on the audience and situation. Therefore communication is a learned skill.
g. Empathy is the capability to share and understand one another's emotions and feelings. It is often characterized as the ability to "put oneself into another's shoes,".To reduce the chance of communication barriers and associated problems one should communicate with empathy.therefore there should be an empathy in any communicational conversations.
6. a.PERSON A speaks about child marriage and Person B speaks against child marriage.PERSON B gives an incomplete feedback to PERSON A and PERSON A gives an incomplete feedback to PERSON B.Then PERSON C gives the correct and complete feedback to both persons by specifying the mistakes and communication barriers. Therefore PERSON C gave a correct feed back to PERSON A and PERSON B.

Ans. 1.b.
I believe that Michael should use first channel of communication for further contacts with the client
Letter: this is a nonverbal source of communication so it will work a lot. It will be very mannered to communicate officially with someone on the dream of further relationship. As the statement tells that client is senior buyer so it is known to that client that what is the officially way of making relationship?
This source is energy saver so it will never present nonverbal lacking at all. It would neither hurt Michael’s feelings nor waste time of gentleman client. Client automatically impressed by the way of decent communication. He may also think that representative done so work on letter for relationship with great deal of knowledge about the product. Letter can be read at any free time and will have time to think about the deal.

Ans. 2. a.
VERBAL COMMUNICATION
This very advanced era knows that everybody needs awareness about communication skills as well as tremendous knowledge about one’s job profile. Here knowledge needs to define itself by very impressive way of communication.
Many factors apart from our individual communication skills affect communication in workplace. It forces on organization’s culture and values, the resources available to it and its power relationship all affect communication. If knowledge express in better way of communication then any organization or company can touch the glory of heights
Thus verbal way of communication works a lot in any workplace as compare to other skills of communication so one should be in verbal communication like listening, speaking, questioning and feedback skills when dealing with others.
It includes the way of talking, walking, personality, body language, impressive tricks of handling situations.
For example: any organization needs advance and perfect staff who have wide knowledge about the products only a verbal skilled person or staff can present it the best to clients or directors so verbal communication is one of the most important skill of communication in any organization.

He shouted, did I tell you to touch my diary before. This is my personal diary how dare you to touch my personal diary. Harry felt so embarrassed.

3. OBSERVER:
As an observer I saw a scene at railway station few days ago.
A girl set on bench with her luggage bag on same bench and was waiting for train while listing music one old aged lady arrived and directly started saying if you just putt off you bag from anybody can sit here even there were two more benches were free. Girl felt so guilty but did not say anything and stood up from there.

Ans.3. b.
Communication Barriers of these statements are:
1. Inappropriate choice of words.
2. In second statement lack of courtesy by speaker.
3. Different attitude and values.
Ans. 3.d.

Interpersonal communication is also susceptible to various problems technically called barriers. They are of human origin and development, Polarization refers to the tendency to look at the world and to describe it in terms of extremes –
In general way: good or bad, negative or positive, healthy or sick, intelligent or stupid etc. There is always a place between the two extremes, for example, that there are certain people who are extremely rich whereas others are extremely poor but there is a vast majority of people who are clearly in the middle. In complicated way: Intensional orientation refers to the tendency to view people, objects and events in terms of the way in which they are talked about or labeled rather than in terms of the way they actually exist and operate. It could be seen in another context as sometimes the way we act if the words and labels were more important than the things they represented.

In easy way: Apocryphal assumption of knowing everything. It is an established fact that no one knows everything. But everyone knows something. The former wrongly established conjecture could prove to be destructive for the person who is thinking it as well as for others with whom he interacts.Indiscrimination is denial of a person's uniqueness. Every thing and person is unique. Indiscrimination is a communication barrier that occurs when we focus on classes of individuals and fail to see that each is different, each is unique and needs to be looked at individually.

Ans.4. a.
In given statement communication’s main barrier is:
1. Inappropriate timing
2. Receiver’s inattention.
Inappropriate timing of colleagues because they were irrupting again and again.
As David started his meeting phone call interrupt there attention toward each other about the topic they could not keep it up because second interruption of stocks man.
And then Mary’s inattention occurred when she looked her watch which is inappropriate body language.
They were in hurry to finish their meeting without discussing whole structure of presentation at time they both were unable to present an appropriate presentation just because of communication barriers which made them unable to give good layout of presentation. They ridiculously fail to prove their selves just because of communication barriers. Communication barriers often give poor satisfied feedback at all. It create lots of misunderstandings

Ans.4. b.
1. Phone ring is first noise occurred at meeting
2. Knock at the office door second proof of noise.
Ans.4. c.
David should consider the responsibility as a sender and then they both should examine the message and identified the place of feedback in appropriate time. Only they would be able to prove good result of their meeting. They could also reduce the chances of communication barriers and associated problems. By creating situation of finale presentation they could be able to perform the best.

Ans.5. a.

Good communication skills are very important in the workplace because if an employee has good communication skills then he will be able to express his ideas and thoughts in better way. At workplace people who have creative ideas and thoughts are always encouraged and an employee who is creative but unable to express whatever he thinks cannot get appreciation and desirable position. Therefore, to establish your position and to excel in the work performance good communication skills are necessary. Without good communication skills one can not survive in workplace it is the demand of new era as well as new generation.

Ans.5. b.
There is a solid relationship between message and the communication channel. Message would worthless without channel message can be sent by the channel it may be phone, internet or any type of nonverbal source of communication without channel message can not get into interaction and would not be able to give appropriate feedback thus these both are depended on each other.

Ans.5. c.
Every feedback is important in organization or company. Feedback can only transmitted into nonverbal communication when it is needed in certain conditions it is not needed to transmit any general feedback into nonverbal channel.

Ans. 5. d.
1. Receiver’s interest.
2. Communication barriers.

Ans. 5. e.
Noise is huge communication barrier which can interrupt the courtesy, create misunderstanding, intention and feedback automatically unsatisfied.

Ans. 5. f.
Communication is not learned behavior. Because every day industry changes like anything so people has to learn new communication skills day by day now it becomes like trend one can not be in same conditions of communication behavior everybody has to change according to the demand of the era. This is learning process till death. Here we daily learn new communication skills. Different field demands different skills of communication so we have to learn at any coast. From birth till death we learn a lot about all around. So communication skills are basic of daily life thus is a learning process.

Ans. 5. g.
To reduce the chance of communication barriers and associated problems, communicate with empathy (a feeling for and awareness of your receivers and their point of view. Also be keen to provide appropriate and sufficient feedback to achieve understanding.

Ans. 6.
